Ansley Rice, CPA

Ansley is a Certified Public Accountant. She moved to Rome, Georgia in 1986 when her husband, Bill Rice, accepted a position at Shorter College as an assistant professor of English. He left Shorter College in 2006 and now is Professor and English Chair at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Ansley was an employee of Robinson, Grimes, and Company in Columbus, Georgia from 1977 until 1981. She stayed at home with her first child for two years. In 1983, her family moved to Cuthbert, GA where her husband was a professor at Andrew College. She worked part time as an accountant for a speaker manufacturer in Cuthbert until they moved to Rome.

In 1986 she was employed as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernest J. Rudert, and Co., PC. until she began working with Skip Howse in 1993. Ansley became a shareholder in Howse and Rice, PC in 2003.
