June 20, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
$15We will be hosting a workshop to address dietary issues relevant to arthritis. Food, combined with medication therapies and motivation to participate in appropriate exercise habits, are key elements of arthritis management.
Arthritis affects 54 million Americans and disproportionately affects women: 26% versus 18% of men. Some foods increase inflammation in joints. Many remedies are helpful, some a waste of money. Stiffness, pain and balance can be improved with some simple activities.
