Kathy Cook-Cooper

Kathy B. Cooper is a retired educator with 25 years experience with the Floyd County School System. There she served as Instructional Coach, Grant Coordinator, and teacher. Her degrees include Masters and Specialist in Educational Leadership from Jacksonville State University, Masters and Certification in Early Childhood Education from Berry College and Bachelors of Business from the University of Mississippi

Kathy is very involved in the Rome community through Daughters of the Amercan Revolution, First Baptist Church, Chieftains Plant Sale, and Junior Service League, among others. Her mantras is that our purpose in life is service to others and volunteering with WIN is an opportunity to extend this mission.

She is a Mississippi girl, married to Billy Cooper, blessed with three wonderful children, and four beautiful, brilliant grandchildren.
